Documentary 2004

All along this experience, a journalist accompanied us to immortalize the incredible week that the students of Jean-Eudes lived. Delphine Piperni has worked in documentary film for a few years now. She has touched diverse arts and has traveled a lot, notably in India, in Cameroon, and in Australia.
She integrated easily so easily in the group that we came to forget the camera and the microphone. She has seized all the spontaneity and the turmoil of our growth. She has skillfully captured the reactions and reflections of students in a totally strange universe, confronted to the harsh reality of the third-world counties.
We have in fact been brought to reconsider our values, our society, and even the ones that are dear to us. It didn’t happen without confrontation or tears!
Often troubled, like all of us, by what she saw, she didn’t let the emotions get the best of her. She always knew hiw to concentrate on her project with interest and professionalism.
The idea at the base of the documentary is to touch as many people as possible, with young people as target. We hope this testimony will transmit to others the desire to discover a different world, the desire to meet new people, and to be generous. This documentary will certainly sensitize others to the complexity of the third-world, by starting a reflection…
Delphine Piperni used all her of talent in this work, a true testimony of a week that changed the lives of many students.
In the name of everyone, thank you Delphine!
